Arriving by train and public transport
If you are arriving at Berlin Hauptbahnhof (Berlin Central Station), take bus number M41 and get off at the Abgeordnetenhaus bus stop. The main entrance of the Federal Ministry of Finance, at Wilhelmstrasse 97, is around five minutes’ walk from the bus stop (via Niederkirchnerstrasse).
Alternatively, from Berlin Hauptbahnhof you can take the RE3, RE4 or RE5 regional train lines to the Potsdamer Platz station. It takes about five minutes to walk from the Potsdamer Platz station to the main entrance of the Federal Ministry of Finance at Wilhelmstrasse 97 (via Leipziger Strasse).
If you are arriving at the Berlin Ostbahnhof station, take the S-Bahn (light rail) to the Alexanderplatz station. You can take any of the following S-Bahn lines (heading west): S3, S7, S75. At the Alexanderplatz station, transfer to the U-Bahn (underground) line U2. Take the U2 in the direction of Ruhleben and get off at the Mohrenstrasse station. From there, it takes about 3–5 minutes to walk to the Federal Ministry of Finance on Wilhelmstrasse.
Arriving by plane and public transport
If you are arriving at Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER), take the regional train line RE7 in the direction of Dessau Hbf and get off at the Alexanderplatz station. At the Alexanderplatz station, transfer to the U-Bahn (underground) line U2 in the direction of Ruhleben and get off at the Mohrenstrasse station. Alternatively, you can take bus number 200 from the Alexanderplatz station and get off at the Leipziger Str./Wilhelmstr. bus stop. From either of these stops, it takes about 3 minutes to walk to the Federal Ministry of Finance on Wilhelmstrasse.
Alternatively, from Berlin Brandenburg Airport (BER) you can take the train IC2272 / RE17 in the direction Berlin Hbf and get off at the Südkreuz station. Transfer to the regional train line RE5 in the direction of Gesundbrunnen and get off at the Potsdamer Platz station. It takes about 5 minutes to walk from the Potsdamer Platz station to the main entrance of the Federal Ministry of Finance at Wilhelmstrasse 97 (via Leipziger Strasse).

By public transport
From Bonn Hauptbahnhof (Bonn Central Station), take the light rail line U16 (direction Köln) or U63 (direction Bonn-Tannenbusch) and get out at the Propsthof-Nord stop. Upon exiting the station, turn right at the lift, then walk straight ahead for 400 metres (crossing the traffic roundabout) to the main entrance in front of Haus CD, Propsthof 78a (this is the entrance for all buildings).
From the main bus terminal at Bonn Central Station, take bus number 632 and get out at the Gerhard-Domagk-Strasse bus stop. Walk downhill about 100 metres. The main entrance in front of Haus CD, Propsthof 78a is on the opposite side of the street (this is the entrance for all buildings).
